Fencing demonstration at the Kruidhuis (Schiekade 2) in Delft. Come see us, hold a rapier, and experience what it's like to be attacked with a mask on.
After being able to train at the Kruidhuis all summer long, we were invited to give demonstrations for 17th century fencing during the open monument days next weekend (September 11 and 12). Such a fantastic location fitting to the time period.
On both days we as SHS are present between 12:00 and 16:00 with a stand.
The highlights are at 13:00, 14:00 and 15:00 when we give a demonstration of techniques and a short fight for the public. The rest of the time you can go for general questions, background information about fencing, other historical martial arts and information about our club.
